How do I signup or register on Artntales?
You can click on the top right corner of the portal, www.artntales.com.
After that click on "Signup" to register. You can also use your Facebook or Google ID to login.

How do I place an order on Artntales?
Buying art has never been so easy!
Browse www.artntales.com and find art you love. Place an order by clicking the “Buy now” button on the artwork page. Payment can be made by PAYU or credit card. The artist will ship the artwork to your address by courier within 7 days.
The artwork is delivered to your home or office.

Are all artworks listed on Artntales Original?
All artworks on Artntales are completely genuine and original art. All artist listing their artwork on Artntales are required to enter an agreement to list and sell only original artwork.
Note: (In some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. Occasionally, minor variations occur because the photograph may not be able to capture the exact colors.)

What is a Wishlist?
The heart sign allows you to add artworks to your wishlist. and view the list of your personal wishlist together before making a final choice. so you don't have to search for them again when you come online next.
Your ‘wishlist’ collection also helps us understand your tastes and style, and helps us suggest new artwork that may appeal to you.

What is an Authenticity Certificate?

An Authenticity Certificate is a certificate of authority by the artist. It proves that the artwork is an original and unique work of art by the artist. We at Artntales ensure that all artworks sold are authentic and original.

Will Artntales send an order confirmation via email?
Yes. An email will be sent to you within 24 hours confirming the order.

I need help in choosing the right artwork, can you help ?

Of course, we at Artntales make sure that you get the best services whenever you want. We have a dedicated art advisory team which is available on the phone and email to help you in anyway you want.

Shipping
How do you ship artwork?
All artworks will be rolled and bubble wrapped. The artwork will then be placed inside a protective cylinder to ensure the artwork doesn’t get damaged during shipping. All artwork is shipped fully insured. Please note, a signature is required for delivery.

How will I know how much my order will cost?

After you've added items to your basket and clicked on the checkout button, the total cost will be calculated and displayed. This is a guaranteed order total, which will include all shipping costs to your selected international destination, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

Is it safe to make the payment online?
Your safety and security is of prime concern to us. That is why we don't encourage our customers to share their bank or credit card details either on the Artntales website or with any of our team members. We have PAYU as our payment gateway partner. They use state of the art technology to enable payments /online transactions and have highly secure servers.

Do you have cash on delivery?

For now we do not offer cash on delivery.
Alternatively, if you are shopping for greater than Rs. 1000, we can share our bank account details with you and you could deposit the funds into our account to confirm the order. You can ping us on the chat widget or leave an offline message with your contact details and we will get back to you with the details.

Can I order over SMS/Whatsapp?
We are an online platform and do not take orders over SMS and Whatsapp currently. This is to ensure there is no confusion on the product that you have selected and to ensure that the shipping details etc are captured correctly. Also, once you place an order on our platform, it allows you to track the order till the products are delivered to you. This end-to-end support would not be possible over SMS and Whatsapp.
For now, we would request you to place your order online. You need to simply add the product to your shopping cart and click on "Checkout” to enter the shipping details. Once entered, you can then click on "Place Order" to confirm the order details before proceeding to make a payment online

What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
All artwork are shipped by artists in custom built art boxes to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at  support@artntales.com.

What the return policy?
NO refund policy . Refund only in case of damage or item lost in transit. However, no goods will be returned only because the buyer did not like the artwork he has purchased.

Once I purchase a piece of art, how many days will it take to arrive?
Artwork is typically shipped within two to seven business days. Once your artwork is shipped, please allow two days to three weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country.

How can I track my international order?

The Artntales Support Team will send you notifications throughout the shipping process with important information about your order status. but don’t forget to ensure that your contact details with us are updated, and correct!

I have received my order , now what ?
Once you’ve received your artwork and are satisfied about its arrival, the authenticity certificate and courier condition, you need to confirm the receipt of your order to us. We would love to hear your feedback at this point – both on the artwork, as well as on the Artntales experience. Please also do try to send us pictures of your art in its new home!
